Hightest form of flattery

As noted in my previous post, I'm a shameless borrower. But I do credit my sources.

Yesterday I left my office earlier than usual. Instead of getting bogged down in the never-ending round of household chores, I pulled out a project started months ago. On the back of a piece of vinyl flooring I copied the quilt patter created by Melody Johnson. The boarder of checks, my own addition, is still in process -- I'm thinking magenta and orange might do. When it's all painted and sealed with several coats of polyurethane I'll post another picture. Then the mat, or rug-oleum, dresses up the floor at my kitchen sink. Pin It
